Stepping into the new year, it is important to reflect on 2018, as we welcome 2019.
Last year was indeed a very successful year for Africlaim, with over a thousand new clients being reached all across Africa and a remarkable expansion of our super-talented workforce (both in-house and contract staff). We were able to realise our main goal of an improved client relationship through innovative website upgrades and new company procedures placing our dear clients at the heart of our business operations.
This year, we are further challenging ourselves to deliver even faster processing times on all claims (especially when dealing with Nigerian-based Airlines) and further creating an expansive awareness across Africa on flight delay compensation rights and regulations.
I would personally like to thank our wonderful clients, ever-supporting media houses, and our wonderful team of staff who work round the clock to make sure our flight consumer rights are respected and protected.
